Looking for a truly “wild” experience? On Friday, March 1, 7:00 – 9:00 PM, the Toledo Zoo will present Spring Alive: Fairytales, Fables, & Flowers. The cost is $40 for Toledo Zoo members, $45 for non-members. At the event you will enjoy a delectable mix of wine tasting, hors d’oeuvres, live music, and socializing.
Appetizers: Sausage en croute, Roasted vegetable trays, Roasted grape and brie, finger sandwiches, Cajun Crab dip, and Fruit trays.
Wines: Fancy Pants Pinot Grigio, Noble Vines 446 Chardonnay, The Seeker Rose, Discoveries Moscato, Dreaming Tree White, Superstition White Blend, Lock and Key Meritage, Lost Angel Pinot Noir, Worlds End Cabernet, Carmen Petite Syrah, Lucky County Shiraz and 19 Crimes Red Blend.
Entertainment: Cooking demonstrations by the Toledo Zoo’s Executive Chef, Sam Misiura . Asteria String Quartet
