Walt Churchill’s Market, 3320 Briarfield. Maumee, (419) 794-4000. 12:00 – 5:00 PM. Failla – Cult Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The wines of Failla on the California's Sonoma Coast are some of the finest in California The World. They are also extremely 'cult wines.' Winemaker Ehren Jordan produces only 4,000 cases divided between many single-vineyard bottlings. These wines have received multiple "Winemaker of the Year" awards and even "Wine Spectator Best of the Year" award in 2008. They are beloved by critics and the lucky few who have ever had a chance to taste them. That will be you - soon. Nominal fee per sample.
