NV Graham’s – Six Grapes Reserve Port – Portugal. $5 per flight or nominal fee per sample.

We are pairing five different grapes with a $5 and $15 bottle so you can discern the difference in the quality and balance or the intensity, extraction, complexity of the flavor and the overall balance when you spend more for a more expensive wine.

Pair1: Covey Run Riesling and Max Richter Riesling, Pair 2: Hacienda Chardonnay and Folie a Deux Chardonnay, Pair 3: Gabbiano Chianti and Piazzono Rio Camerata Chianti, Pair 4: Mont Pellier Pinot Noir and Bear Boat Pinot Noir, Pair 5: Douglass Hill Cabernet and Rodney Strong Cabernet.
